Sindh's horrible treatment of emerging players in the Pakistan One Day Cup

Sindh have picked Hasan Mohsin before today and he didn't ball at all and batted at number 10/11 and didn't get to bat. He was sent early to cover up their behavior when just a few deliveries were left in innings.
Today Saif badar was picked and would have batted at 9/10 but because there was only a few runs to win he was sent to face a few deliveries.
Why is sindh treating emerging players like this? Should they be punished or should there be a rule change?
Other teams have gave fair opportunities to emerging players like nabi gul, mudasser, Hassan khan. Why not sindh???

The average age of Sindh top 4 is around 32. I truly despise Anwar Ali, will not watch a game of Pakistan whenever Anwar Ali is playing in it.

Absolutely shameful on part of the Sindh captain Anwar Ali and team management when a pure batsman plays below the bowling all-rounders.

On one side we have India that puts young batsmen barely into the 20's or below it into the deep end against the international superstars the likes of Sanju Samson, Rishab Pant , Sarfaraz Khan, Ishan Kishan , Nitish Rana, Manan Vohra ,Mandeep Singh etc etc. They reap the rewards by getting polished batsmen from the domestic circuit who shine most of the times at the international cricket.

We have PSL where players of above 30 years of age hog top 6 batting spots in almost every team. Let alone PSL even in the top domestic tournaments the young talented batsmen are made to bat after the bowling all-rounders just because the excuse is that they don't have experience. Somebody tell me in this scenario how the heck will we get good young batsmen from the domestics. Then we have to turn to other bunch of TTF's when one bunch of these fail. Then we start saying there is no batting talent in Pakistan.

I have said this earlier and I am repeating this there is no accountability in the PCB system. The domestic circuit is run by a man who knows jack about the cricket. And the people who have played cricket are equally clueless about these things. So there is nobody to see these types of issues.
