The BCCI got the lion's share of the revenue, but it went down from 570 million to 405. On top of that the ICC had offered 400 way back in April anyways. The ICC constitution was also approved although the BCCI forced some concessions.
So who won the beef? I'd say the ICC won 70-30. This is all the more so since many of the BCCI fans were claiming the BCCI would soon be back at full strength and slam the ICC in April. When that didn't happen they promised the ICC would be made to beg come June, when the real voting takes place. Well June has come and gone, and while the BCCI took some concessions, I dare say the ICC was able to create a better game for everyone.
