partially agree. but how did RSA recover? By hitting big? No, they did it by rotating singles. If he puts in a slip, that means a bigger gap for singles. Then people complain "Why dont you plug the gaps"

Any time you get RSA out for under 270-275 in RSA, your bowling unit & captain have done a good job.

You can see their #8 is bashing around our opening bowler.....

We got early break troughs but as usual in the end they still got a very defend-able target. 234/9 and we were again not able to get all the 10 wickets. Murli Peterson again came up with some good batting against us and i am sure we will not be able to play his bowling again. I bet someday we will make this guy a great batsman who knows maybe he can score a century against us in October tour.

because he knew they would have trouble hitting him for a 4.... his two overs had no boundaries.

it is typical defensive Misbah captaincy. But sometimes defensive is ok.

When RSA won toss, I would gladly have taken a 235 chasing target. This is the team that scored almost 350 against us last game.
