Sri Lanka (124/5) beat Pakistan (121 all out) by 5 wickets in Match 6 of the Super 4s

Those 2 Nasim Shah sixes must be hurting India right now.. otherwise they were in the finals

Might be one of the worst teams Pakistan have ever had vs spin. They have always played spin well until recently the last few years.

Used to be horrible vs pace so it seems like roles have reversed.

If two low very poor batting still doesn't get Haider Ali included, I am not sure what does.
 
nawaz should keep the strike now and bat the last 3 overs. Need to get 120 atleast lol

Lack of good death bowling by us and a freak innings by Nawaz made you win with 1 ball to spare. You lost the first match fgs.

Pakistans batting got exposed in the last game, but because everyone is high on the win, they ignored the short comings. Today we got exposed by a team who was not even suppose to reach the finals.
 
I am happy. This is the best thing that could have happened to Pakistan. InshaAllah, the boys will wake up and win the final. Sri Lanka meanwhile, will think our team is trash.

This is 3D chess that some simpletons on here clearly do not understand. Mamoon and Major, being at the forefront obviously.
 
Besides the obvious issue vs spin, nobody can rotate the strike in this team.

Indians are a better player of spin than this garbage lot of ours. Their bowling let them down, not their batting.
 
Shan Masood needs to be in the team at number 4. Although I don't rate Shan at all, he's the only one scoring tons of runs. The middle order needs to be packed with people whose primary skill is batting. Khushdil, Asif, Nawaz, Shadab are all laparoos. They cannot be classed as batsmen.
 
Who will hit more 6s in WC T20 in AUS in bigger grounds?

Sri Lanka are going to struggle. This is a used pitch and our spinners are going to dominate. Babar should open with Nawaz.
 
Hafeez and Malik are still the best players of spin bowling in Pakistan and they are both finished players who are in their mid 40s. That sums up the caliber of our batsmen. It is an embarrassment.
 
The trademark firecracker celebrations should not be done after the match. But when Babar wins the toss on Sunday.

Nawaz is much better than so called power hitters.
Shadab and Nawaz are better batsmen than these losers.

Exactly.. Yes we have fragile middle order which need to be repaired..

Unfortunately I am a Pakistani so unfortunately I have to support Pakistan even though Pakistan cricket is not worth supporting.
 
Pakistan clearly underestimated the Lankan spinners. I am pretty sure they will come with a better plan for the final.

lets see how he bowls tonight, if the Pakistanis bowlers pull out a win that would be something.

Hasan Ali has only 4 overs tonight to do something extraordinary. If he pulls out a rabbit tonight, he can be in the squad.

But, this game is very difficult to win for us, but i would never say never cause srilanka can bottle it.

If Pakistan wins toss on Sunday, its a done deal. But no doubt, we cant play spin. Also true is the fact that spin will barely play a role in the flat pitches of Australia, so we should be ok for the T20 WC.
