And you believe what he says? Iranians are his baaps, do you think they would jus agree on everything he says? Kuch tou soch liya kar. Iran has not been asking for ceasefire or ending the war, it's USA and Iran will eventually get a better deal than US.

If this status quo remains, then clearly this is both military and strategic defeat for Iran.

However, as you rightly said, we may get back to square one as Iran may close the strait anytime. So lets wait.

Indian FM responded to Indian Opposition and India Media Took Jibe at Pak without any provocation from Pak using a language unbecoming of a FM of country. it only Shows Rot goes even at highest level In India. It only reflected his personal bitterness about Situation nothing more

And Indian Media did prime time Shows Discrediting and Belittling Pak's Role. Although Pak never asked how Indians feel about our Diplomatic missions Neither we seek Indian Validation that we doing good or bad. While Many Indians say Pak dnt exist for them but thiere behaviour is exact opposite. Ships test Strait of Hormuz after opening, seek assurances on safety

A group of ships made an unsuccessful attempt to exit the Gulf on ‌Friday evening, ship tracking data showed, as shipping companies cautiously welcomed Iran’s announcement that the Strait of Hormuz is open.

Iranian officials said on Friday that the key waterway was open to all commercial traffic during a 10-day ceasefire in Lebanon, triggering a drop in oil and other commodity prices and lifting stock markets.

Around 20 vessels began sailing towards the Strait of Hormuz on Friday evening but soon halted, with some turning back, MarineTraffic data showed. It was the largest group of vessels to attempt the transit since Iran ⁠effectively closed the strait in response to U.S.-Israeli strikes that began on February 28.

It was not immediately clear why the ships stopped. The group included three container ships operated by French shipping group CMA CGM, which declined to comment.

As of 2100 GMT, most vessels in the group had turned back, but tracking data showed several new ships, mainly tankers, heading towards the strait.

Shipping companies cautiously welcomed Iran's announcement but said they needed further clarifications before resuming transits, particularly around security risks such as the presence of sea mines.

All commercial ships, including U.S.-flagged vessels, can pass through the strait, but transit plans must be coordinated with Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a senior Iranian official told Reuters.

Ships would be confined to lanes deemed safe by Iran, while military vessels would remain barred, the official said.

"We are currently verifying the recent announcement related to the ‌reopening of ⁠the Strait of Hormuz, in terms of its compliance with freedom of navigation for all merchant vessels and secure passage," said Arsenio Dominguez, secretary-general of the U.N.'s shipping agency, the International Maritime Organization.


 
Iran rejects Trump’s claim on enriched uranium transfer, says no deal reached

Iran has pushed back against US President Donald Trump’s claim that Tehran has agreed to hand over its stockpile of enriched uranium, with sources telling News18 that no such arrangement has been negotiated so far. The report cited a source close to Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.

The source said “no form of nuclear material transfer to America has been negotiated,” directly contradicting Trump’s assertion.

Another Iranian source rejected the claim outright, calling it “another lie” and adding that “no major progress has been made” in the ongoing talks. The source further said any continuation of negotiations would depend on “compliance with all of Iran’s conditions.”

Lie #2 - Iran have agreed to transfer their enriched uranium to the US. More nonsense. They may ship it outside their borders as they agreed under the JCPOA but inconceivable that they'll hand it to the country that twice launched a war of aggression.

Lie #3 - Iran have accepted limits on its nuclear programme without unfreezing of assets. Who in their right mind thinks Iran would do so without receiving tangible benefits in return ?

The man is a pathological liar and people following him even now after all the destruction he's caused need to be rounded up and subject to a de-radicalisation programme like German de-Nazification after WW2.

Strait of Hormuz 'closed' again, Iranian state media say​

We have more clarity on the Iranian military statement, which asserted that the Strait of Hormuz will return to "strict control".

Iran's state broadcaster IRIB says this means the key shipping lane "is now closed again and passage requires IRAN approval."

Iranian gunboats fire on tanker in Strait of Hormuz​

There have been reports of gunfire after at least two merchant vessels tried to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, the news agency Reuters reports, citing three maritime sources.

Iran had earlier reversed the brief reopening of the key waterway, accusing the US of not meeting its obligations under a ceasefire agreement.

The UK Maritime Trade Operations reports that it has recorded a reported incident near the strait northeast of Oman.

The captain of a tanker said his vessel had been approached by gunboats of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, who opened fire, according to the Royal Navy-run organisation.

But the tanker and its crew are reportedly safe.

Earlier, during the strait's brief reopening, several vessels had started moving through the shipping lane in what Reuters called the "first major movement" of ships in the strait since the start of the war.

Convoy appears to have dispersed

The convoy that had formed appears to have dispersed by now, however, as recent tracking data from the platform MarineTraffic shows.

Iran never lied, Iran opened Hormuz-Strait but USA kept the blockade active. So then Iran had no choice but to close again. As I have said multiple times to you these Iranians are not stupid, most of them are PHD educated, experienced men who know what they are doing.

Trump has been bragging about this and that, even before the talks have started and you think he can fool Iranians?

It’s more complicated than that. The IRGC which is the real establishment wants to fight on. The civilian govt like their ministers etc kinda wants things to normalize. Iran is also like Pak, they have a government and then they have an “establishment” or regime.

Trump Started blockade to open hormuz

Iran agreed to it. But Trump never said Blockade was purpose of forcing Iran to make deal. This is something he came up with Yesterday

Trump was getting off ramp on which he could claim victory but looks like its going down now

Nevertheless, Iran should have taken the deal TBH. By attacking these ships, they are creating more enemies.

Munira is not able to deliver the deal. His point of contact Aragchi turned out be an ‘idiot’. Trump’s patience is running out. Fox News carried a not so flattering piece on him, doubting his intentions. Foreign policy headlines and Trump praise aren’t going to light the bulb and switch on the fan in Karachi. Interesting times.
