More games should be played in Pakistan
Better quality graphics/broadcast, especially in Pakistan games
Only sign overseas players willing to travel to Pakistan
More batting friendly pitches
Increase number of emerging players in teams
Remove strategic time out as it seems unnecessary
A quota for local players (from each city) for each franchise to be established and enforced
DRS + Speed guns available for every match in UAE and Pakistan with speeds to be recorded for each ball
Typical Semi final, and Final format as opposed to play off style format for the tournament
Reserve days for knockout matches
Pakistani captains for all teams
Have an official fantasy league tournament
Matches in cities other than Lahore/Karachi
Better and visually attractive kits
Better quality of umpires to be used for PSL
Games should also be organized in Abu Dhabi
Arranged transport for fans specially in Dubai as Stadium far away

More or less my points are covered. Only missing is PSL local league, but that's probably also partially covered by the underlined one.

1. Remove Ramiz Raja all together from PSL. Replace him with someone from Pakistan who is also more lively.

Sakandar Bakhat seems better than Ramiz.

Increasing the number of emerging players in the playing XI (one batsman, one bowler) is key.

High class coverage is most important, If the coverage is good there will be more people watching it. High viewing numbers on TV are really important for commercial viability of the league. I would suggest something like Sky UK coverage of the league would be really beneficial.

Only 1: play the entire tournament in Pakistan with or without foreign players and not just Lahore/Karachi all of Pakistan. Pakistan's perception is a lot wore than the situation there, a couple of tournaments there the revenue should skyrocket and major foreign players will start to show up.

He might not be capable enough to talk about modern cricket - game has gone to space age since he had little knowledge of it. He might expose himself with his shallowness while talking about cricket in this dynamic era.

If the internet coverage was good then that's good. If they can give the broadcast rights to big TV channels with good reputation of providing great viewing that can only be good for the league too.
