Bangla players need guidance of a strong coach and a strong leader. Rahim and Shakib aren't great example.

I think he has the ability to be a quality spinner.

However, he has to work much harder otherwise he will follow the same route as Sunny, Gazi, Razzak who have all looked good at first but faded later. Its about time these kids start to realize that in this arena that big oppositions will destroy you if you give them the slightest oppurtunity. Our domestics doesn't teach that to the youngsters. Hence despite the promise most of these so-called talented players show, they go missing soon enough. The one who actually succeed in the long run( mashrafee and shakib) worked really hard

i think rahim is a good role model for youngsters.

As for Shakib, not the greatest role model but if young cricketers should realize the fact that they too can be a star if they work hard. Problem is that they have low standards. Could be because we don't have much of a history?

Correct me if I'm wrong, hasn't Gazi been banned recently?

Not banned as of yet but he has been suspected

I for one thing that he chucks quite a bit and won't be surprised if he is banned. But he is just 23 and he probably will be back if he works hard.
