We can name a dozen exceptional raw talents in the past decade but lack of professionalism, greed, ego, careless and mindless on-field and off-field activities have pushed us from polishing these guys .....

Akmals, Aamir, Asif, M.Sami, A.Shahzad, Wahab, Nasir Jamshed, some names that could have improved and performed exponentially more than what they have become .....

is it PCB or the whole system or just the mentality to blame?
