Yes albeit there were 1-2 wide looseners per over but that's to be expected given his inexperience. No speed gun so I can't tell you about his pace.

I hope Pakistan cricket takes care of this kid. He is very good and I can see him playing for Pak for a long time as long as administrators and other "senior players" don't ruin his career.

Keep him injury free. That's the biggest threat to fast bowlers nowadays.

lol then what is learning? give him test cap? In modern day cricket players are introduced from T20 and then they make their way to other formats.

For Shaheen to play ODIs he need to first play good amount of domestic and currently we have enough bowlers that we can win matches without him in ODIs.

Bowling full doesn't mean bowling half volleys. He has to learn very quickly that the template for his success is the NZ game, fuller without half volleys.
