Here I am ranking in order of merit a list of 2 most artistic or elegant batsmen who played together in a test team.





1.Zaheer Abbas-Majid Khan

No batsmen posessed such a devout silken touch resembling those of a painters brush.Grace in the height of divinty.Zaheer was master of the cover drive while Majid was a champion in executing the hook shot.





2.Frank Worrell-Rohan Kanhai



Elegance personified with Kanhai taking batting art to regions of the sublime and Worrel posessing the ultimate epitome of elegance.







3.Mark Waugh-Damien Martyn



Resembled ballad dancers stroking the ball effortlessly.







4.Gundappa Vishwanath-Dilip Vengsarkar



Vishy tok batting prowess to region sot traversed in his wristwork while Vengsarkar executed the most glorious drives.







5.Mahela Jayewardene-Kumar Sangakaara



Both very graceful exhibting a flute playing.







6.Mohammad Azharuddin-Saurav Ganguly



Azhar's leg-side play had the touches of Rembrandt's brush or Beethoven's compositions with supreme oriental touch.Ganguly was simply the connoiseurs delight with mastery on the offside.

Aravinda was calculating and organized while Sannath was more explosive than anyone on his day.Still both were very stylish.





10.Greg Chappell-Kim Hughes



It was majestic sight witnessing Hughes dance down the wicket to the spinners or Chappell gloriously driving through the onside.
 
I will go with Mark Waugh- Damien Martyn combo on top.

Real pleasure watching both bat.

Great list but do not agree on Ian Chappell.Inzamam,Sachin ,KP,Ponting ,Sobers or KP as being stylish or so elegant.Great selection of Roy Dias and Mohammad Yousuf or even Carl Hooper.
 
Can’t see it being mentioned but another duo very stylish when batting together, Brian Lara and Carl Hooper.
