For me it is clearly fake. The way the lady is talking sounds genuine but the lady is supposed to be some unknown person and could easily be a paid actor. While the response by the guy, who is a known public figure, is robotic and seems like different sources of audio remixed together.

He claims to be son of a Indian military person.

It doesn't matter whi the messenger is when the heart of the message is clearly fake.

As Pakistanis we would love to expose Modi and his hands behind Pulwama incident but lets not get carried away and act like our neighbors.

Looks fake.

The first voice is of home minister of India Rajnath singh. Lady's voice i dont know. Looks like they have picked up random lines from public speeches and tried to create a conversation.
