The End:

The tournament is about to end. The winner is about to be decided. The return tickets are being booked. But, what adds the spice is, the finalists are India and Pakistan. The rivalry which has been the largest following game.

The power house:

India's strength: The team which has the most ruthless batting of all teams, in the tournament. Beginning from their opening pair of Shikhar and Rohit. Their experienced middle order of Kohli, Yuvraj and Dhoni. Their Swashbuckling lower order of Jadhav and Pandya.

Pakistan's strength: The team that has the most Lethal bowling attack of all teams, in the tournament. Swing of Amir. Seam of Junaid. Reverse swing of Hassan. Variations of Raees. Stump to stump bowling of Imad and economical bowling of Hafeez.

The Journey:

India:
Against Pakistan: India thrashed the arch-rivals.

Against Sri Lanka: Indian bowling had no clue against the Sri Lankan onslaught.

Against South Africa: India brought them to their knees.

Against Bangladesh (SF): It was a no competition.

They were already the finalists, even before the tournament begun.

Pakistan:
Against India: Pakistan played like a true no.8.

Against South Africa: Pakistan mauled the best batsmen.

Against Sri Lanka: Pakistan wrapped up their middle order, before they could even realize.

Against England (SF): The English didn't even know what has struck them. Totally thrashed, the tournament favorites.

They showed that they are true "Cornered Tigers".

The big stage:

Here comes the biggest Sunday of the year. It would be Eid for the Pakistan or it would be Diwali for the Indians.

Would India Bleed Blue or, would the Green Storm arrive?

Would India slaughter the Pakistan seamers, or, would Pakistan make their stumps fly?

Would the houses of Indians be pelted with stones or, would the TV sets be broken in Pakistan?

At the end of the match, would Chak de India be played or, would it be Dil dil Pakistan?

The tickets are sold. The clock has begun. The jerseys are packed. The bats are out. The umpires are out. The crowd is getting settled. The bowlers are marking their run ups. The batsmen are marking their crease. The scorer is getting ready. The cameras are being focussed. And the umpire says "PLAY".
