Bangladesh but because they play mostly on flat pitches tailor-made for drawing matches and they do not pick their best bowlers for Tests and always adopt defensive strategy like playing with extra batsmen and picking too many spinners.

SL is worst, majority of their players have no charisma, TV coverage/Crowd/Weird Noises in SL Stadiums/Wet Weather/Poor biased commentators all result in worst presentation.

Me disliking BD? News to me. I would prefer BD to do well in all formats but for now I don't count them in the test format. I mentioned BD here because too many posts were saying that BD is most boring team and if you count BD then yes they are even for me. Since, my pick is SL , I added a line for not considering BD.

Now coming back to my comment. BD has not won anything in Test so far to be counted when talking about test format. Their combined bowling average is 50 in the Test format. They don't even play with intention to win in tests against big teams and I was hugely disappointed to see them packing their team with batsmen. For me, boring or interesting comes due to intention to win.

Now surely you can call them the most boring team but I don't really count them in the Test for all practical purposes. Hopefully, they change it in future.

Bangladesh are the 2nd most boring Test side - although as a BD fan I have no problems watching them. We have a lot exciting talents though (Jubair, Taskin, Mustafizur).
