Clearly! At first Trump forced Iran for a nuclear deal (knowing they won't agree) and then threatened them when they did not actually agree.

Later, they strategically used their puppy Israel and when Iran retaliated, Trump announced ceasefire (so everyone thinks that he wants peace while he is the one to start war while Iran did not surrender to his forced deal)

This is the American way:

1) Make up a lie.
2) Use that lie to destabilize/invade a stable country.
3) Instill a puppet.
4) Help with rebuilding.
5) Act like a hero.

I don't see any problems solved. That's the issue.

Nothing is getting resolved.

All we are seeing now is USA letting the world know through Donald Trump the extent of its bargaining power in the world today.

In roughly a couple of months, we have now seen the Tariff threats failing, Ukraine, EU and Putin not caring much about Trump, India indirectly calling Trump a liar, and now we are seeing Trump turning Israel-Iran issue into a Twitter war saga.

This is not good for US Deepstate. The world is seeing this discomfort and desperation.
