i like how Aussies like to take up the batting challenge and prefer putting the scoreboard pressure on oppositions on big occasions.

In 2003 World Cup, we went to the final with a very good batting form. We won the toss on the flattest batting wicket in the entire World Cup and invited the Aussies to bat first.

Then in 2017 i remember Bharat invited Pakistan to bat first on a flat one.

Last week also on a very good batting track, although we won but i wish we had the guts to bat first on what looked like a terrific batting wicket.

Today, Pakistan could have batted first and our Aussies under tremendous scoreboard pressure by posting 350 here which they are very much capable of.

But our teams don’t have that mentality unfortunately

I think it was Misbah in one of those shows online who said the Indian bowling can be taken apart like B'desh showed briefly and that India seemed to be worried about this and hence preferred to chase.

India prefer to chase because they have Gill, Rohit, Kohli, Rahul, Iyer, Pandya etc who are match winners on their day.

Pakistan prefers to chase because they have no clue how to set a target.

And they chase with Imam, Shafique, Babar, Riz and Saud....

Yeah.

Imagine chasing with our team.

What show is this? Looks like Pakistan have their own galaxy brain.

Indians also struggle with setting up a target.

India knows that its bowlers will restrict any opposition to a manageable total, and even if they fail, its batting can chase any target. Hence they don't care what they do first.

Pakistan is a different story.
