The return of Jesus

Yazeed ibn Abu sufiyan ( Brother of Muawiyah ) was a good companion. Actually he was the Governor.
After he was killed , Muawiyah luckily got that job.

Umar RA changed governors every four years. Fortunately for Muawiyah Umar RA was killed , and he did not have to leave his post . My hunch is that he started planning for taking over power right from there , slowly gathering force and loyal people around. Then under khilafat of Uthman RA Muawiyah power increased , as his territory was increased. All this meant that he could raise an army enough to challenge the central administration of Ali RA. I do not need to tell how Muawiyah escaped defeat in siffin .

Actually, I was trying you to pay attention at the controversial (as (Insar objected heavily) reward Muawiya and Abu Sufuyan received after Hunain.
Had these were put at their rightful place then,( they did not deserve any special treatment after how they behaved 21 out of 23 years), all this would not have happened.

Yazid bin Sufyan got leadership based on pure nepotism, after his death, abu sufyan, who was blind then, actually forced caliph to pick Muawiya as his Brother's replacement.

but again, this nepotism started with the controversial reward of Hunain and shia brothers should also pay attention to this undeniable fact.

in one of above post, you said that prophet predicted the tragedy of Karbala, if that's true then controversial rewards at Hunain are setting the foundation of Hussain's tragic fate, knowingly.

It is interesting that the concept of the Masih for most Muslims is almost literally supernatural and superhuman in nature. Defying the physical and scientific laws of God in this universe that wasn't even provided to the greatest Prophet (saw). How far to the deep end have Muslims fallen that their view for the most part is literally a Bloody masih not a spiritual Masih.

Mamoon would be interesting to know your thoughts on the afterlife, hell/heaven and the day of judgement.

I wish I had something to say on that, but at this point, it is well beyond my scope and understanding. Hope to make sense of it some day.

Exactly Brother.

This is a huge concern.

1. See the World os dripping with Blood and they await a Bloody Messiah ? Are Holy Divine figures like this ? Aesa Zaalim tou na he aaey tou behtarr.

2. Quran categorically mentions Jesus Son of Mary As to be a Prophet for the Nation of Bani Israel. Is the Entire World Bani Israel ?

3. Prophet Pbuh as per Bukhari said that Messiah of Islam of later days which suspend Jehaad of Sword as that won't be needed. Read " یضح الحرب " hadith and here they await a bloody Messiah which is contrary to Bukhari Hadith.

4. Bukhari mentions the complexion, height, hair texture, physique of Messiah Son of Mary As aswell as Messiah of later days and both are totally different personalities in appearance. One is Pinkish white while other has wheatish complexion.

Had it been Messiah of Bani Israel than He would have had same physique height complexion and not a totally diffetent one. There are more than 5 Ahadith of Bukhari.

Prophet predicting the incident of Karbal is in Musnad E hanbal with authentic chain, with angel coming down to inform him.

If you want to dig deep then probably foundations of Karbala were laid in battle of badr itself. Ali RA had killed many in that battle , and some of them may have hold grudge with him .

In one of the tafsirs its written that Yazeed , when he saw head of Imam Hussain AS , he commented that if today my ancestors were alive they would have been pleased , I have taken the revenge for Badr. It shows what kind of talks was going on in that family.

In sunni literature yazeed ibn Abu Sufiyan is considered as a good person. I never have seen anything negative against him.

This is nothing but corrupt translation.

If a person does not die on cross, does not get murdered even than He can live a natural life and die naturally.

If a person doesn't die on Cross, doesn't get murdered than it doesn't mean He cannot live on plannet earth snd has to be lifted to heaven.

Rafa does not mean lifting a human body alive or dead to heaven. And this is foolish to say that a body can be raised towards Allah. Allah is not a physical entity. He is everywhere. He is even closer to our Aorta as per HIS own words. So than in which direction a body got raised ?

Furthermore in other verse Allah says first I will give you death than I will raise you. After death every soul is raised towards Allah but Soul is not a physical entity.

So first death than raised." Ya Eesa Inni Mutaweeqa Wa Rafayoka "

Above is my Answer to this verse Lone Warrior posted. Which you have posted as below.

And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah ." And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.

Where does Allah in 33:157 say that Jesus Allah was lifted alive to heaven ? Show me thw words ?

Allah is describing the Cross Event where his enemies claimed that we killed Jesus AS on the Cross and He was Crucified. Allah says neither He was killed nor crucified.

So where Allah says that in the event of Cross Allah lifted him alive towards Heaven ?

If a person gets saved from dying on Cross, His enemies fail to murder him than it doesnt meam that He will get lifted to heaven alive.

Your 1st assumption is rendered invalid by this verse.

You said that Jesus AS died a few days after crucifixion, whereas Allah has clearly mentioned that he was neither crucified nor dead.

Word used is " Rafaa "

In another verse Allah says O Jesus first I will give you death than I will do your Rafaa. " Ya Eesaa Inni Mutaweeqa Wa Rafayokaa

So first He died years later after surving from Cross Initially by Allah's grace and than He died later.

This is the use of word Rafaa in the Holy Quran.
