Not really. Not any more so than the threat they pose other countries, they have their hands in pretty much every pie.

So, in a manner of speaking, there is no smoke without a fire and all the so-called conspiracy theories about a select few ruling the world are in a way correct (half truths, some lies, some exaggerations)

There is definitely a ruling class in the world, now whether they are made out to be truly the james bond style villain types or simply those who want the world to follow their vision for the best future for themselves and their offfspring - I think is the question and I am leaning more towards the latter. Thats not to say they selfish and power hungry actions dont cause injustice and bloodshed in the world, they do.

There will always be a handful of people manipulating the chaos that is our world to achieve their goals. thats just how it works.

i have no idea who or what De La Rue is.
