Looking at the way the West Asia war has continued for more than a month and its devastating impact on the people of the region and the global economy has made me thought probably never appreciated our neighbours India enough for waving the white flags and accepting defeat within just 1 week of the confrontation against us and quickly accepting the mercy offered by us and Americans to them.

A lot of people made fun of them at that time and call them cowards but on hindsight it was maturity from their side and pure wisdom. They put the immediate and long term interests of their people and their economy above ego and an obvious tendency to escalate the war further.

Being a nuclear power, Indians displayed remarkable maturity and for that I would like to appreciate and thank them finally. You did good.

Sometimes it’s just better to accept your adversary’s clear superiority over you.

This is a very thought provoking perspective. I shall have to give it some thought, but my initial instinct is that @Bhaijaan is taking a mature long term perspective here, and perhaps Pakistanis should acknowledge it.

Trust me, you all elevated yourselves in our eyes by being humble and thinking for the greater good. I was thinking about the situation today and despite how proud I am of Iran for the fight back, a part of me feels somewhat guilty too for bringing the world to stands till, bringing destruction and economic loss to the world by our actions. India could have taken it to heart and went for bigger missiles but you were pragmatic and took the punch on the face like a genuinely brave nation. By losing that one battle you ensured your people survived to tell the tale.

I'm not sure what Pakistani propaganda you keep referring to when your own leaders are admitting to losses. Unless you're saying your generals like @Bhaijaan are taking Pakistan's side

Now that I am feeling the impact personally with the current war, I don't care which country lost and won the Pak-Ind war. With both nations calling it off after a week was a big relief to people on both sides of the border in all human and capital indexes. It also shows maturity and restraint of both military leaderships.

It is well established by bbc sky and abc that that targets hit were terrorist bases. Also admitted by jehadis themselves and your army stood behind. A un sanctioned terrorist. So your lies are caught again. Indian objectives were two fold ..kill the terrorists and suspend IWT. Pak failed to defend their jehadis inspite of warnign and can't do anything beyond. Empty threats with regards to IWT. Since Indian objective was met ...there was no reason to continue the war unless pak retaliated.

Yes we all heard what he said. Which part of it says that Indian air force was grounded. If grounded what was PAF doing..twiddling their thumbs for those two days. When there is a combat mission..you analyze what went wrong and what went well.. then implement those lessons...that's all happened...he didn't say we couldn't fly

You're contradicting what you said earlier. An aggressive force doesn't shy away for 2 days. I know critical thinking wasn't taught in whatever Sanghi college you graduated from but you're on PP university now, learn it from us or otherwise don't bother debating with repetitive and lame arguments. It's clear your aggressive force couldn't handle the initial losses and went into hiding so that they don't suffer any more humiliation. It's also a fact that your jets were shot down in your own territory from across the border.
