India is a big team and it has played well and won – we should be congratulating India
We won the Champions Trophy and gave them a drubbing and have won many ODIs against them but its unfortunate that we cant win in the World Cup against them, it doesn’t mean Pakistan is a bad team
What saddens me is when you don’t use your captaincy, cleverness, smartness and brain
The problem was that against a very long Indian batting line-up if we don’t bat on a good wicket then we don’t put them under pressure and give them a chance to score big totals then they will do that and you cannot chase 300+
You do not have a history of chasing large totals
You knew that in Champions Trophy we won the toss and batted first and so we should have done that this time also
If Pakistan had batted first, then even we would have made 300 and India would have come under pressure as this was a big game
We put all the blame on Sania Mirza, If you feel Shoaib Malik’s not performing then take him out of the team
After the 1999 World Cup, 10 players played for next 10 years for Pakistan
In contrast, there are 7 players in this World Cup squad who will be out of this side soon
What type of planning is this? I can’t understand what the PCB is trying to do
If the PCB is going to throw out players, the along with team officials also those in the board who selected the team should also leave as they are equally responsible
Through social media we will give you all the intel so that we can’t be made fools of in name of rebuilding process for next 20 years – this will not work
We will voice our opinions because we want “insaan kay bachay” in the cricket board, a committee who can get a better coach and a strategy can be made for the future
Look India made a strategy in 2011 which looked at where they wanted to be in 2015
England were probably the worst team in the world, but they made a strategy to become the best white-ball side, and they are that side today
Pakistan needs to bring back the right people in order to groom the side
If you keep on bringing in average people, then you will get average performances
Until we come away from mediocre people, they will also bring in other mediocre people – remember that
A mediocre person never likes an extraordinary person as he is better than the mediocre person
