If he is a poor bowler or he is out of form still getting selected to play and not performing who will you blame for that?

Cricket is a team game and a team poorly managed will give you the results which we have seen in a last couple of years. Players playing are not the only players in Pakistan so I dont agree with the excuse that if players are performing poorly what can the management do. They were hired to do a job and they failed.

Even if they lack skill, i can say one thing with certainty, give trio of Mickey, Azhar and Grant to Eng and they will also come tumbling down to earth. To back with facts, you can check the records of all of the three in coaching career, none of them except may be Arther (a decade and a half ago with SA) have any achievements even in domestic cricket. Even Mickey was sacked from his last job when he was just months in it.

I second this. Moreover Pakistan is generally dangerous when they are on a roll like they were in CT 2017. It's just that the big three have created a lot of gap between themselves and the rest of the cricketing nations which is the sad reality.
