Once those that are crooks according to you are dead and buried for good…what changes do you think the cricket team needs? Which players should be booted out and which players brought in?

It is really disappointing that some players are hiding their poor performance in the World Cup by holding unnecessary press conferences and playing the religion card. Where does religion go when they lie about their fitness and when they admit they were acting on the field? Does religion teach you to deceive others and lie in the field? You are paid to perform on the field and you join the grouping in the team instead. Religion teaches us to fulfill our responsibility with full determination and not to lie about our suffering. Some spokespeople for these players want them to be given another chance, but why? This is the Pakistan team and it is not their home team where they can play. If they want another chance they can form their own team and play with their friends but not for Pakistan cricket team anymore.

We will not let PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi forget the major surgery he promised. Some players of the Pakistani team are now even mocking the chairman's statement because they don't care. But we will make sure that fans get their answers and action is taken against these players. We have taken a stand and we will not back down until this Pakistan team is back on the right track.

It is, he's accepted he ain't coming back, so he's happily making a living on speaking his mind now.

He no longer wants to play for pakistan as he knows he ain't even getting in psl now
 
Riz seems to have received this religious heavy script from his agents/handlers under strict instructions to stick to it to gain public sympathy and popularity.

His handlers stand to gain a lot if he's made the next all format skipper under public demand. :inti

The whole system needs a reboot with 10 Professional teams in Division 1 and 10 Professional teams in Division 2 with promotion and relegation.

Salaries, professional coaches, masseurs, physio s, Dietitians, Nutritionists etc paid for by the PCB and run as a commercial business rather than the current nonsense of 800 - 1000 fake admin staff.

Consistent tours for Shaheens and the junior age groups travelling to Aus , Eng, S A etc with professional coaches and masseurs, physio s, Dietitians, Nutritionists etc to bring in professionalism from Day 1.

The PCB should be a professional sporting entity separate from politics and no one having to jobs like Wahab and naqvi.

The selection criteria needs to be flexible and not rigid.

I.e the Top run scorer or wicket taker might not be the best player the team needs at that point.

Not all domestic players are capable of playing internationals.

The criteria needs to be who scores tough runs and wins games under pressure, Has different shots to get out of trouble like scoop, ramp, flicks etc. for shorter formats

Players who can identify an over that a bowler is a weak link and take 20 - 25 off it.

Game Awareness, Calm, Calculated and street smart.

Players like Nafy, Usama Baloch, Muhammad Haris, Salman Ali etc need to be given T20 Game time to take the team to a more advanced style of play that the country demands.

Babar needs to Focus on his batting and leave the captaincy ASAP.

Babar and Riz need to focus on Test and ODI cricket and allow the young players to flourish in the T20 s.


Those questions are for naqvi and co to answer.

Personally I don't see anything changing with scapegoats like Ifti etc being "dropped" which would of happened anyway moving forward.

Looks like Rizwan has secured is spot in the next series, with this presser. National Cricket team should stay as far away from politics as possible. However the current atmosphere in Pakistan is such that it is hard to stay neutral.

Shehzad was caught on camera telling Dilshan "if you are a non-Muslim and you turn Muslim, no matter whatever you do in your life, straight to heaven." Does his religion teach him to convert people on the cricket field.

The whole Pakistan cricketing fraternity is full of hypocrites.

He won't be any different than babar just saying.

Pak buddei babei champion team which was YK is showing everyone how a real captain functions.

The fact YK after all these years is still a better batter and captain then these 2 bafoons in their primes is alarming to say the least.

I don't blame them. The blame is on the public and media who let them get away with it.

Meaning CT 2025 will result in all losses.
 
Making rizwan captain is rewarding mediocrity. Well, it is what is, another few years of failure and minnow level performances propped up by some stat padding against minnows and weakened teams during bilaterals.

I hope the fans of this appointment don’t complain afterwards

this is going to be a disaster. The same mistake they made earlier by removing shaheen after 1 series and now SHan if it happens. PCB and its poor management decisions might continue.
 
White ball captaincy was ok.

But seems he has demanded he be given Test captaincy too.

PCB has allowed 12 players to play in leagues around the world after a very disappointing performance in the World Cup. These players have no shame, they did not perform for Pakistan but now they will play league cricket as usual. Is it correct to do this by PCB?

Where is the big surgery that Chairman PCB promised? Why hasn't the surgery started yet? According to the report submitted by the manager and head coach, why action has not been taken against the players yet? These players are less interested in playing for Pakistan and only care about league contracts. We refused the contracts of various leagues to play domestic cricket in Pakistan but these players had no shame and asked for permission to play the leagues after a bad World Cup. Shameful act and PCB should ensure that players involved in grouping are removed from the team. These players should have apologized to the nation but they have no remorse and do not care about the feelings of the fans.
