Tired of Indians and their abuse on social media

Pakistan will break India apart?

The reality is often opposite to what paid media tells you. I am sure you must have been fed that Pakistan is about to break. But the reality is opposite. Pakistan is far far more stable in 2019 than ever before. Even FATA is fully integrated with Pakistan now. Baluchistan's separatists have been either captured or killed. Whatever is left of them is living either in mountains of Iran or mountains of Afghanistan or inside underground bunkers abroad. Meanwhile separatist movements in India are at their peak in 2019 (apart from khalistan movement). Also, social cracks are wider than ever before.

India has been crying & begging to Intl communities & orgs all those years to stop Pakistan from breaking India & its occupied areas. Your Govt accepts Pakistan's capabilities to do so whenever they accuse Pakistan of sponsoring freedom movements (ala state sponsored terrorism). They keep on blaming all acts of separatists organisations on Pakistan which is their acceptance of the fact that one day Pakistan will succeed. You can't keep on fighting so many separatists orgs forever, some of them will eventually succeed. Historical data also suggests Hindu's are not capable of ruling their land over a long period of time. They have always been vulnerable to foreign occupations & surrenders to internal movements. Even they were far more rich & civilized back then as compared to now. Pakistan's army has not forgotten your country's role in 1970-71 bangladesh. It is written in our army's rule books from day one to always give befitting response to any misadventures against motherland a response not less than three times in magnitude. Sometimes it takes them merely hours (27th Feb 2019) sometimes several years (28th May 1999), sometimes several decades (pending) but they are fully on track to revenge 1971 through their own abilities & some India's internal fiascoes. It is perfect time for you guys to figure out a solution to this threat (though is inevitable but you can always delay it) while Pakistan is busy in internal affairs. Keep in mind, you are running out of time & have very little of it left. Your Govt is fully aware but incapable.

And i used to think Indians overestimate India lol what a reality check for me.

Obviously since you live in India you would know about how India is breaking..

On twitter today, Modi followers were referring to NZ mosque shooter as a ‘legend’.

Your defence reminded me of venkatesh prasad's batting against Shoaib Akhtar.

My defense to hyperbole?I don’t have to defend anything you are gonna be here Im gonna be here we can always remember what happens now or 50 years down the line.

And your aggression is similar to Aamir Sohail before he got bowled out to VP in a knock out world cup match.

So Imran and Putin were standing together during SCO photo shoot todau and indians are not happy with it so they came up with comments like:

Why Putin is standing with his driver?

Nahaaye dhoye baghaer he aa gaya he IK

Imran ne shalwar qameez kyun pehni

:)))

Why indians are so insecure feel so bad about someone wearing shalwar qameez on an international stage? first target was Sarfraz now Imran

Modi in SCO & Srafaraz in WC, both's confidence is at same level.

Now you reminded me of vinod kambli  . Either debate with me or leave the conversation.

That's what happens when a chaiwala or chokidaar represents your country at such level. Btw I love the trend of shalwar qameez set by our Govt.

Indians are spending too much time on social media. If I was a Pakistani, I'd be happy with the observation. You don't progress by talking, but by rolling your sleeves up and sweating your **** digging the foundation of your dreams. Look at Japan, look at China.

It took both of them thousands of years to reach that level. Pakistan & India are still quite young. Whatever our region made in those thousands of years (assets & mental growth) was either stolen or wasted by the foreign occupiers & more worst they left the region fighting each other.

My dear friend, no matter how correct your arguments are, there is no substitute for hard work. I dearly wish that our region recovers from the colonial hangover and realizes that a hard-working cheat is more prone to success than a lazy upright. There is no substitute for hard work.

Hate apart, but to me this is democracy within political party, he came through a system unlike Pakistan or even in congress where the leadership only belongs to one family.

Fully agreed. People only work hard when they need to work hard. Both Pakistanis & Indians no matter what their occupation is, are reaching to the point where hard work will be the only option to survive for them, which is a good sign for the future of both countries.

He reached at the post of PM due to his levels of commitment & dedication towards his goals. That's what he did in his cricket years too. Despite all the differences with PTI, I still believe IK can do wonders if he changes his primary goals & make it improving living standards of ppl & Pakistan a true global power with same level of commitment & dedication. He should work on making institutions independent, self accountable & restrict them under their limits, & leave the corruption thing to the relevant institutes. This will not only improve his credibility but also put severe pressure on his team to deliver.

This is sooo true.

I look at the facebook pages of NHL and there people amke good comments, and really interesting comments aswell.

I go on any cricket page on facebook, and all the comments are hijacked by Indians where they are just saying stupid things, and those comments are teh top comments due to the likes.

You guys should read the comments on NHL, NBA pages. They are soo insightful. Even Cricket Australia page ha good comments, but i have seen alot of Indian posters make stupid comments there aswell.

Who is this guy Ashok Swain? He loves to troll his fellow indians :))

Lol warmongering. The level of delusion in this post is unbelievable. Understand this: it’s not even like PCB vs BCCI. The difference is that big.

Coming to the topic, I understand what you guys are saying. There are many Indian trolls on the internet and they use very objectionable language, sometimes without provocation. I don’t know if anyone has seen the real issue here. The issue is free internet. Free as in you get 3 months of unlimited access for just ₹399. A lot of uneducated and undereducated guys have got access to the internet. They go around abusing people. 12% of the world’s internet users are Indians and the average Indian consumes more data than pretty much anyone else. This is primarily the reason why you see Indians everywhere on the internet. Even a small % of that user base would be a large number.

Generalization is bad, and using that to spread hatred is much worse. There are jobless idiots and hateful trolls on all sides, sure condemn them but to use that as a leverage to attack a nation should be avoided. And what is this racist talk about culture and society ? Social media is not the real world.

Nothing can come to the stupidity of our fans. You watch some Pakistani guy making a dumb comment on some cricinfo post, you stalk him and he is some guy living in some rural village in Pakistan or its some 14 year old kid. You do the same for an Indian guy, the guy lives in Delhi, Noida or Bangalore and he is a software developer  Why do you think we are still emotional and allow us jingoism to our head ?

I went to watch an India-Australia ODI aim Delhi couple of months ago. Some guys brought a hue banner there carrying the message PKMKB. There was no objection from security officials. People were taking selfies with those guys. It bright a new life to the viewers sitting in the stands.

I personally found it disgusting.

Indians in general are very small and intolerant.

Pak fans greatly mock India as well. As India has far more illiterate people their ignorance is understandable. This is why India is drowning in fascism, racism and hate of Muslims. They are just killing their own country.

Free mobile internet has made Indians go bonkers on the internet lol. They are everywhere.

I think the reason why people abuse in social media is because of anonymity. I doubt majority of these people will talk like that in real life.

I see many posters with their pics abusing as well on fb

This is the culture of most indians, where abusing mothers and sisters is considered cool. especially north indian culture, where it is the rite of passage to hear abuses for your mothers and sisters so that you can form yaari with your friends. one of the most beghairat qaum.

insufferable in a word, maybe its just that the most obnoxious voices are the loudest. the celeb worship is nauseating when it comes to cricket pages and Indians.

aussies are generally the most amusing cricket commentators on social media imo.

How many bollywood fictional movies can one watch.

Probably the only entertainment left.

Indians are like algae, rapidly divide, it's slimy and has no aesthetic value.

Shining India also has their worst unemployment in 50 years so no wonder all these unemployed useless youth are taking to the internet and venting out their frustrations on Pakistani youtube videos.

Look at some of the comments under the ICC Twitter post about the pak Sri lanka series in Sept. Look at the language used by these Indians. Extremely uncivilized. Someone needs to turn off their internet connection.

Similarly, you can see some of the replies under this tweet:

https://twitter.com/Saj_PakPassion/status/1164864726913966083

A large populace, and obsession + abuse makes for a bad combination.
Add unemployment to that list. 24/7 just chatting smack about Pakistan is all they do.
They like to compare themselves to a country 6 times smaller than them in population and far smaller in area. Why don't they compare themselves to China? The true definition of Keyboard Warriors.

Respect for Manoj Tiwary. It's not easy to live in India and go against Hindutva ideology in these days. Everyone is judged harshly. One is either a "topi walla jihadi" or "secularist deshdrohi" for going against the narrative.

Transliteration of the Hindi text in his second tweet:

choR kar ye hindu muslim,
gharibi bhi dekhalo,
kaha tum ab tak atake hue h

hindu , muslim ko laRaane ko tum,
deshabhakti kahate ho,
shaayad tum kahi bhatake hue ho!

This guy is definitely going to called a deshdrohi(traitor) and secularist by asli kuttar Hindu brigade. Massive Respect!

You suffer from a lack of ambition. Don't stop at PP, change the world. Start with the lead paragraph of the article on Srinagar in Wikipedia which currently reads "Srinagar (/ˈsriːnəɡər/ (About this soundlisten)) is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies in the Kashmir Valley on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, and Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is known for its natural environment, gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts like Kashmir shawls and also dried fruits.[4][5] It is the northernmost city of India with over one million people.[6]"

It's funny to me seeing the irony of this thread. Pakistani's are as big trolls if not bigger than Indians online.

It's just that internet is way too easily available to the masses now so they can't compete with Indians in terms of sheer number.

Trolls are trolls they have been there since decades, learn to ignore them.

The shocking thing is that some of these people are adults, with kids and probably with decent jobs.

There is definitely a strong Indian presence on social media, this is because for starters we are the 2nd most populated country in the world.

There is a lot more accessibility to social media, networks and mobile phones thanks to jio and the easy availability of smart phones that have flooded the market.

Indians are not bound by the government and monitored on what people post on social media or have their own in built social media like China.

Now take all of that and also add the fact that in terms of sheer population numbers I am sure india is right up there in terms of basic English literacy. I am not using that to gloat but more than even Hindi, knowing English can get the job done.

So add these factors it is a no brainer why there is so much Indian presence out there.

That explains the sheer numbers of indians on the internet forums BUT their attitude, behaviour and language reflects the values of society they live in. On anonymous internet forums its always easy to show your real self.

Aakash Chopra, former India Test cricketer, has made a name for himself as an analyst. However, Aakash Chopra, while naming his 14-member squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup, decided to leave out former India captain MS Dhoni and faced a lot of flak from fans on social media. In a chat with former India fast-bowler Ajit Agarkar, Chopra recalled that he had to turn off social media for few days as he and his children were abused by fans.

"You had a very strong opinion and I aligned with your opinion regarding MS Dhoni's selection. I had to turn of social media for a few days, received so much abuse. Once it started, it reached my home and they even abused my children," Aakash Chopra told Ajit Agarkar.

During the chat, Agarkar said that he still is unsure about MS Dhoni taking the field in the World Cup.

"Dhoni has not played since almost an year now but a call on retirement is his and whether to pick him or not is entirely up to the selectors," Agarkar had said.

MS Dhoni last played for India during the 2019 World Cup semi-final and has not taken the field since then.

Dhoni was set to lead Chennai Super Kings in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League but the Board of Control for Cricket in India postponed the lucrative league indefinitely as a precautionary measure against the coronavirus pandemic.

Recently, a top BCCI official said that if the IPL didn't take place it could cost board half-a-billion dollars.

Is there one notable person in India who will stand up and say anything about this?

It's getting hard to follow cricket on social media whether it's Facebook or Instagram, these billions of Indian fans and their abuses are getting out of hand. Obviously it goes both way but these simple minded people have taken abuses on another level with the hashtag pkmkb. I don't use Facebook but I do use IG and only follow Pakistani pages and they are every where with their disgusting mentality and abuses. World cup is coming and I guess have to ignore the comment section for time being. Aren't you guys annoyed by senseless trolling? It's always Indians hurling abuses on Social media.
I can understand the Anti-Pakistani/Muslim abuse coming from the Modi inspired Cesspit of present day India, but 30 Million + So-called 'civilised' Hindu Indian diaspora living outside India and they still can't get rid of that 1500 year 'Chip on the Shoulder'

You don't even have to scroll far to see them, there's a reply like this which has nearly 800 likes. Don't even want to think how much I'd see had I kept scrolling. It's beyond ridiculous the number of these people that can be found online.

As I've been saying, these 2 bigots have completely changed the way most Indians behave, both online and in real world. Now bigotry and hate comes easily to these gullible hate filled pests.

Very few will. In fact those that do, will probably start getting the same abuse.

Also, will these idiots listen to anyone, probably not.

There is no doubt about it, Indians control the social media platforms, for every Pakistani there are 100 Indians on the platform online

Didn't notice this thread else I would have made my post here.

I made this post on this thread exactly a year back :(
Generalization is bad, and using that to spread hatred is much worse. There are jobless idiots and hateful trolls on all sides, sure condemn them but to use that as a leverage to attack a nation should be avoided. And what is this racist talk about culture and society ? Social media is not the real world.

A reply to Slog but I guess it fits better here.

Social media isn't everything. Nationality doesn't matter, I saw hundreds of messages on twitter and FB of Pakistanis celebrating Chennai floods a few years back or the more recent Vizag gas leak. Same happens when we have some terror attack either in Kashmir or the Naxal corridor. When some Hindu celeb dies you can see many Pakistanis flock to the instagram pages and mock Hindu cremation rituals, call them names, abuse Hindu deities, use religious slurs etc. But I am sure most Pakistanis aren't like that, I also see more positive messages than negative. I desist from sharing despicable comments here because it won't solve anything, moreover it isn't a true reflection of the average Pakistani.

Social media provides anonymity for people to take out their daily frustration and get cheap thrills peddling hate. There is also the matter of it being available to a large uneducated, unemployed, angry, fearful population. Even if a new mom posts pics of her cute baby you will get a section of people trolling the baby, mocking it and the mom, spreading negativity, that is the nature of social media. Sometimes IT cells of political parties use tragedies to polarize the public and consolidate their votebank, I admit it is a serious problem in India and have called out BJP for this tactic so many times. However there has to be an acknowledgment that this isn't an India specific problem, it is a common problem, only the scale varies and that is due to several factors and we can't discount India's population, cheap internet and large share of new users.

For the time being best we can do is ignore such low lives, maybe pity them because for all we know maybe their activity is a call for attention due to depression or 100 other problems. Maybe in real life they are good folks, social media brings out the worst in humanity. Even if they are evil I am sure goodness triumphs their miniscule numbers. None of my family members are on social media, perfectly fine people who don't peddle hate. For every online troll there will be many such offline people who have better things to do in life.

I think people should stop taking these twitter comments seriously, or even better avoid such topics since it only spoils the mood. PP posters I am sure are far better than those low lives, we shouldn't lower our standard, we can't do much to change social media culture because we are quite insignificant. Only the top bosses of twitter and FB can solve this but I guess they want this kind of conduct/activity/vibe for other reasons.

Population of social media users from India is more than the entitre population of Pakistan, New Zealand, Holland, Poland combined lol. :inti

Ok so a few bad apples made some bad comments, their comments drew 500, 1000, say 20,000 likes and shares. Even in worst case scenario and assuming no bot activity what is a number like 20,000 in a country 1.3 billion strong. A 1.5 sq km area around my house probably has that 20,000 population, just a drop in the ocean.

If some public authority person makes hate comments I would want action to be taken against him/her. In fact we must come up with new amendments where private employees can't go scot-free after bad behaviour on social media, we have laws but need to make some changes considering the social media boom in recent times. Beyond that what can we do? Policing the internet has yielded limited dividends and there are other nuanced factors like FOE, slander, political agenda etc.

This Macho should immediately be sent to LOC in Laddakh to prove his bravado.

These idiots don’t realise that at the end of the day, people across the border in Pakistan share the same bloodlines as on Indian side. What will this hate mongering achieve, other than cheap fame

You should realise that this bigot is not the only bigot this bigot-in-chief follows, there are so many others.

I actually reported one of those slogans a few times on Instagram. Guess what, Instagram told me they don’t find anything abusive about it.

It is not some bad apple, Majority apples are rotten, including a leader/politician

With 7,500 retweets and almost 30,000 likes, presumably there is a very large market for such content.

I have seen many random social media users with this language, but it looks like the 'higher-ups' are adopting it now as well.

Instagram and Facebook posts would tell me that majority Muslim men are sexist, homophobic, and disrespectful towards other religions. But that isn’t true, right?

Higher ups adopting it? They're the ones who started this bigotry, with lesser bigots simply following their masters.
