It doesn’t look real but we cannot underestimate mentally of people willing to scam others . Window wiping is normal on major roads in many Uk cities . I wouldn’t mind paying a couple of quid while waiting in traffic but they likely put more dirt on the windows

It does happen, you do get beggar types doing this down south, and also in some tourist cities in other countries.

Whether this is serious or a skit I couldn't say.

this is old video,

saw it a few yrs ago,

the driver (uk indian) does these comedy sketches,

still based on a uk indian perspective, we both know the illegal indian immigration in the uk, above video is just sketch showing this,

illegal indians just cant stp scamming people, wherever they go

seems like a skit or fake video to get clicks but I have seen people do this and ask for money here in the stateside. But usually it is more polite than this entitled manner. I think they overdid the acting in this for more clicks.
