The PCB has somehow managed to transform into a a cricket board that fans have been waiting for. They gave birth to the PSL which allowed quality players to come through and as a result winning the CT 2017 with PSL players, convincing the ICC to let the World XI to tour Pakistan, making sure everyone is super fit in all 3 squads, developing the modern ODI brand of cricket and last but not least setting pace on worthless human beings like Umar Akmal. Well done PCB! Also to mention that this is probably the funniest thread I've seen regarding Umar Akmal as well as Wasim Akram wanting someone to tell Umar to shut up lol...

Kohli is the Indian Captain in all formats and is the backbone of their team. Umar Akmal doesn't add any value to the team, and not a team member in any format except t20i maybe. So this so called issue won't hurt Pakistan team hopefully.

There's always some 'fans' who will support a player no matter what...
This is the real face of Umar Akmal, not the victim card he's been trying to portray of himself in the media..
I think he should do 3-4 more interviews, and we will see his real attitude in his interviews, that how he is as a player when he can't handle an interview when his character comes into question..
I think hopefully he does an interview somewhere where we get to see his real face, someone who riles him up like he was over here

tbh the anchor was taking digs and him and touting him with the way he was saying "masle to "hain akmla masle to hain" and shaking his head. Very annoying. You have to be professional. It's all about the tone.

Most seem to be siding akmal... trying to portray as if Mickey is at fault.
Either former cricketers/experts are too jealous of CT win by Sarfaraz and Mickey or they are insane.
Not a long time ago Kamran Akmal gunned against Waqar Younis for his own failings, and now Umar doing almost the same with Mickey. Seems all this drama was planned by Akmal brothers in last few weeks.

I would have accepted that conspiracy thing, that water induced unfitness thing, even that Micky blasting thing IF ONLY HE WAS PERFORMING AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. Unfortunately, Its been ages since he did something significiant. Players with 25% of his talent are doing much better than him even in Pakistani setup.
