PCB needs to set a precedent and make sure that such behaviour isn't tolerated. Need to set an example for current and upcoming cricketers.

After 116 games of backing he's averaging less than 35 with a sorry SR of around 80 odd. His only TWO freaking centuries are against SL and the Mighty Afghanistan and he's failed in every FC tournament in the last 4 years.

Bro I don't hate Umer Akmal (For that I would have to know him as a person and Thank Allah I don't) however, I love my country and would like to see it prospoer in cricket. So.....For this very reason I am hopeful that none of the Akmals ever get to don the star and crescent ever again.

I am not too sure how deeply you follow cricket but I'd like to quote Azhar Mehmood here who right after winning the CT gave this gem of a reply to the broadcasters who were interviewing him (Ian Ward, Nasser Hussain and Micheal Atherthon) - Apologies if I don't get this accurate 100%

After beating India by 180 runs (not exact conversation but something to the effect of

Ian Ward: "After results like thse you would certainly believe that there are many talented cricketers in Pakistan playing professionaly and the domestic structure is well and truly kicking"

Azhar Mehmood: "We do not need talented cricketers, We need players who can show the right character and attitude and make it count when the chips are down. we need that sort of thing"
