Update: Third Umpire Review - LBW Appeal - Ball Tracking - Pitching outside off/leg

During ICC Champions Trophy one of the commentators mentioned that moving forward "Pitching Outside Off/Leg" decision (during Ball Tracking session) it will be on-field umpire's call (not third umpire's call - similar to missing/hitting stumps).

Has this been confirmed yet or still under discussion? Although, it will be pretty nice if they switch it to on-field umpire's call (just like they do for missing/hitting stumps).

True, you are correct. However, with new rule when on field umpire gives out (and batsman challenges), then with new rule "pitching outside off/leg" will not be red - it will say on field umpire's call.

There is no pitching outside rule lol, it is impact inside or outside rule.
There is pitching outside leg stump rule which always result in not out.
Which second plumb lbw you are talking about today?
