Assalamu Aleikum
First I used to hate the urdu commentary, felt it was annoying and stupid.
But now I really appreciate it and look forward to it.
We have all had our moments with the commentators, sometime they say funny stuff, stupid stuff, crazy stuff and most of the time they talk about something that is very obvious
But someone told me that they are radio commentators, so what is understandable.
And also some of us living abroad learn a few new words & expressions
Anyway, what are your favourite moments & quotes from the urdu commentary?
Some classics are: "Hawa me urtha ghaya shot aur OUT!" "Out hone ka khatra..." "Bohot acha istroke khela" We have also witnessed a lot of great sentences about the famous Body Language
Gem of tonight must be when one of the commentators started talking about this being like Chelsea -vs- Manchester United
In the end, I would like to thank the commentator for providing us the commentary, whether it is funny, stupid or some really good points. I really appreciate all their efforts!
