Firstly, let me be clear that the purpose of this thread isn´t to whine or to display any bitterness about England´s football World Cup victory from, well, 55 years ago. Actually, the thing here is that I wasn´t any aware of it at all. What actually made me dig deeper into this is the fact that I saw it being discussed very recently on social media, with fans from both the sides expressing absolutely contradictory opinions.
Then, however, I searched for it on YouTube but found no video which quite focused on it in a satisfactory way (at least I didn´t find any, not saying that there can´t be any at all). Following this, I played the highlights of the finally and, after multiple failed attempts, finally succeeded in taking a screenshot which captures the exact moment where the ball hits the ground, after which it bounces upwards and gets cleared by the German players, as can be seen in the highlights.

Interestingly, the referee didn't originally count it as a goal, but then the English players appealed, having him consult it with his colleague. It was more or less his assistant who made him make the call in favour of the home team.
England's fourth goal came in the 120th minute. However, by that time, it is obvious that the Germans were least focused on defence in any sense, as scoring a goal was the absolute, desperate, need of the occasion. The overall scorecard also suggests that it must´ve been a thrilling final, as Germany had scored their second equaliser in the 90th minute to extend the match into Extra Time. Interestingly, it could well have been the first World Cup Final to have been decided on a penalty shoot-out.
This was Germany´s first appearance in a World Cup Final. In all, the team has lost four finals and also won four titles as well.
