Whats the point of doing all this now when the kid is only 6 years old? So much can happen b/w now and when he actually can take up cricket professionally for a living? He may not like the game anymore and may want to do something else or he may no longer be as good as perceived. Amir's experience is there for everyone to see.

Those skills will be useless on the flat pitches of the subcontinent, we don't even know if this kid has or will have 150 km/hr pace. Bowling pies at 130 km/hr is useless.

Anyone who thinks a 6 year old is bowling at 130kmph does not know the first thing about cricket. It's literally laughable. 130 is extremely fast by most standards for adult male cricketers.

Based on some of the comments from some simpleton fans, the kid should just let it go...he has no real chance!

Seriously, if an outcome is so easily achievable (or NOT in this case according to some), why should one strive in life at all?

IMO, he has passion, obviously has skill beyond his age, and the dedictaion to practice 3 hours a day...that counts for a lot despite what some of the silly posters are saying. I think he can acieve anything he wants to as long as he continues to have that passion!
