Great lad, has always been hard done by the PCB. Its been over a decade now.

Well he had a pretty good QEA, I think, average of 55 at 60 SR. So he should keep working hard because it can be good use to Pakistan as an experienced, left-handed, middle-order batsman. Also, Pakistan team needs an all-rounder (not Hafeez) so hopefully Fawad bhai can work on his bowling too.

No one is more deserving then this man to get a long rope in the Pakistani Test Team and no one can deny this regardless of how they feel about him as a batsman. That moustache though!! 10/10 :)) Good luck to Fawad I hope you get what you desire mate, it may be tough even after all these years of rejection but if anyone can keep going it's you.

Both Haris and Fawad deserve a chance ahead of people like Usman in the Test team.

Although is age is on the wrong side now, but still not too late.

He's playing for Clitheroe in the Lancashire League this season.

Got a stinker of a lbw decision today.

This poor guy got severe injustice from his countrymen.Let the wound be healed to some extent by giving this lad a chance to serve his country for the remaining cricketing years of his life.Pakistan cricket team too will be benefited by his service. He can be the next Misbah for Pakistan for sure.

Keep persisting Fawad bhai. Even if PCB is blind to your talents, we will always remember you and the injustices you have suffered.

Even the latest article on cricinfo about Misbah and YK's successors clearly states 'Fawad Alam averages 56 in first-class cricket and his non-selection in Pakistan's Test squad has been a mystery over the years. No selector has offered a satisfactory explanation'. It is really shocking and disheartening for fans. Please keep the faith, and may you enjoy a long and happy career in cricket, whoever you play for.

What injustice his technique only works on slow low pitches. Put him on a fast wicket against Starc and he will crumble. A home track bully only.

Guys, isn't there anything we can do for Fawad? Someway to convince Inzy to select this poor guy who has been waiting for so long now. :jordan

Maby smash a window or something at the PCB headquarters :uakmal

Very strange batting stance.

Watching at a close quarters was a real eye opener.

Nice guy.

Not gonna happen. will be the usual stop and start comeback.

Keep working hard Fawad, your time will come very soon.

A 8-9 year Test career is still possible, Insha'Allah.

He'll be selected soon enough. The rest is up to him. If he gets selected and has a horrid series, there is a long line behind him.

He's trying to get into the International team but he's playing club cricket? He really needs try get Into a county team
