it's not wind, these type of things often happens in gully cricket.., and in gully cricket rule it's not out.. its just ball squeezed and spinning heavily after the hit..
 
That's very unlucky. Imagine such a thing happening in an international game.
 
it happens when the ball rolls rapidly i means spins and get u out.i mean in gali .street cricket.
