No thanks, i would rather watch his painstakingly compiled 100th 100 vs Bangladesh.

That shot where crowd goes "Sachin...Sachin". Wow brought back some really beautiful memories.

Miss that golden era of Indian cricket :(

My favorite batsman ever. Incredible batsman and a model professional. To retain the hunger for runs for 24 years at the highest level is remarkable.

Its not exactly a movie, more of a documentary kind of thing.

Hope 200NOTOUT & James Erskine can do what Boria Majumdar couldn't.

So who is next for a biopic. Maybe a pasht bowler since all movies have been about batsmen so far.

More excited for the Dhoni movie. From ticket seller to millionaire cricketer.

Had goosebumps watching this.

Thank you Sachin for existing. Special cricketer and more importantly a special person. Truly blessed.

Looks good. Already loved the Sky Sports documentary "Cricket's Greatest" on Sachin. Hope that it roughly follows the same pattern, with a bit more input on Sachins personal life. Looking forward.

Does look nice and it should! We are talking about Sachin here

Eagerly waiting for this and dhoni movie. Expecting some good work. After all they both are national heroes

As for the movie the chants gave me goosebumps. Foreigners already started reacting to this teaser

Now, I had no idea of any such film being made. My brother told me about this yesterday and today I read a few tweets by Sachin Tendulkar himself about it. I immediately searched for its teaser and must say I am impressed.

These biopics about sports-persons mostly turn out to be nothing short of a documentary, and they often tend to be boring and too details-obsessed, bereft of emotions, but I have set high hopes seeing the teaser. It has it in it to give you goosebumps.

Looking forward to it.

3 days to go! I am actually super glad Sachin's movie will not be ruined by Bollywood and will be more of a romantic documentary. Absolutely well deserved. 90s kids will get massive throwbacks watching this!

Such polarizing times with excess exposure to negative social media,so glad had Sachin to watch during those years.

Thank God it doesn't look like a masala movie.

Wow. goosebumbs (even as a Pakistani).

Sachin is not only an ATG batsman but a great person as well. Will download this when it comes out :D

There might be better cricketers than Sachin tomorrow.. but no one will ever have an impact like the Great Man on the Indian population

Anyone else felt that MSD movie was rubbish? It was about a small town boy being a world cup winning captain.

The movie does not even focus on a certain part of his life. Should have been focusing on a certain part of his life rather than all of it since he took up the gloves. That way the movie would be better.

I was utterly disappointed as a fan of MSD. The acting was excellent but the movie was pure garbage in terms of writing and directing. I don't get why people who are true fans of Dhoni really love the movie. How much is really "untold". We were looking for more.

Sachin's movie looks like a documentary more than a film which would be better.

Man I cried watching the teaser, I miss Sachin now. You don't know what you have until you lose them

Both movie are being made by firms owned by the stars themselves. So expect some whitewashed one sided safe stuff.

I wish somebody made a proper movie about the shady 90's cricket scene.

I've started watching this and it's quite interesting.

The only criticism so far is that he brushes over certain things like the 99 World Cup, he only really mentions his father and that he scored a century against Zimbabwe and then doesn't mention any other part of that tournament.

Also Harsha Bhogle is quite cringeworthy in some of his comments.

I was never a fan of tendulkar, but he must have something billion people loved him, will be interesting to see...

I was fan of West Indies batsmen(VIV and Lara) lot more then anybody else back in those days. They were cut above everybody else. Still considered them the best I have seen in my life time.

A decent film as these sort of things go.

Some interesting stuff re Greg Chappell, team politics, captaincy problems etc.

I'd like to have heard him talk about his toughest opponents and team mates a bit more.

In which language did you watch the film? it was shot in Hindi and English.

He had to leave the tournament before the game vs zim to see his dead father. India lost that game (one which was in the pocket). He came back to score a 100 vs Kenya in the next game at Bristol which was an emotional hundred.

Yes I get that, but there is nothing else regarding that tournament and that's why I feel the film was lacking in detail in that it didn't really give much information regarding the team's performances especially when they lost with Sachin in the side.
