as far as the core issue of the revocation of the article being unconstitutional, in spirit if not in the legal interpretation of the the current supreme court the communist guy won the argument imo.

the fact that the bjp guy had to resort to, well we did it 70 years ago, so we can do it now is one of the poorest arguments i've heard for curbing political opposition.
 
These are good debates but as ElRaja says, needs a Kashmiri voice in there.

Yes the arguments of the BJP guy were laced with misleading statements and lies that have been exposed. Such as the % drop in Pakistani minority’s from 23 to 4% since 1947. He also mentions 42k deaths in the last three decades due to terrorists.
The Communist guy got his main points across well - especially the subterfuge that allowed the revocation of the article to take place.
