Come on dude. Theres ZERO harm in showing respect to a legend of the game. MS Dhoni, Kapil Paa jee, Virat Kohli - all three are heavily respected in Pakistan amongst many other indian cricketers. Please dont act like BJP.

I'd be more concerned if it was a current opposition player. The reality is Dhoni is a very high profile former Indian player who Dahani obviously has a lot of admiration for.

And you think he wouldn't have done that if it was Kohli or Rohit. Where is the pride?

im not confusing ghairat with anything.

Dahani has worked hard to achieve to be where he is. You are no one to talk about his ghairat. Atleast one should reach his level.

He is not an army soldier, he is a sportsmen who did nothing wrong by showing respect to another sportsmen who is considered one of the best captains cricket ever produced.

Ghairat is about self respect, based on your logic you have to be an international player to have ghairat. Maybe you have to wait until you reach that level to have some ghairat but I owe nothing to anyone, no politician, no family member and no one in my profession.

Dahani's action is a credit to the Sindhi culture which he represents of giving izzat to his elders - in this case Dhoni who is not only a senior but a great of the game too.

TBH the giving izzat to ones elders is not a monopoly of sindhi culture, its widespread across the subcontinent, most definately in the 6 states of india where my heritage and upbringing is spread across.
We are judging a 3 dimensional event based on a 2 dimensional screen in front off us. Its quite possible MSD and the other indian guy were engrossed in their conversation and walking straight to miss Dahnani who was on the fence. I thought MSD reciprocated nicely and also spoke and acknowledged the other pak guy who was on the left but on the other side of the fence.

I remember in Gwalior in 1998, when Pak team was touring , i was lucky to be in stadium durign practice and saw all members of the some ranji side fawning over the pak cricketers.
