Shadab should join the National Assembly. A supreme politician.

When he captained vs AUS in the warmup, Usama Mir was bowling reasonably well and took 2 wickets.

Shadab took Mir out of the attack after only 5 overs, and gave himself a full quota despite bowling his usual quota of long hops and fulltosses.

And we haven't seen Mir since.

He ended up with match figuers 4/22 in 4 overs.

Dont understand why this guy cant bowl like this while playing for Pakistan.

He needs to improve & can start doing that by playing some domestic cricket.

The reason is that he is a mediocre bowler, when playing Int cricket you play vs the best in the world. this is his level.

Especially FC cricket, which I don't think he has played in 4-5 years. In his entire career he has only played a handful of FC matches. You simply cannot become a great cricketer if your base isn't strong. You donot know what to do when you lose form because you have nothing to retreat to/fall back on. Your basics are not as strong as they should be and their is no depth to your game.
