Not a single poster here can disagree with the fact that Hassan is only in the playing 11 today because of this dosti yaari culture. Shame on Babar Azam for literally spitting on the faces of players who deserve to get selected ahead of this parchi. Azam and Hassan should be nowhere near our cricket team.

It's a shame. He was on course for a half enjoyable performance but Babar took him off
I'm very happy with Hasan Ali's ( bad ) performance today , hope that would give some shame to his backers in the team establishment and will send him back where he came from . Guy is not even at domestics lever standard now . Imagine how much better is Wasim Junior compared to this trundler.

I think he is only with the team because of his experience and we may not see him part of the Pakistan national team after the upcoming T20 World Cup.

Based on recent t20 performances, Wasim or Ali deserved a go rather than Hasan who has been abysmal since 2021.

I think when Pakistan arrive in England, they should swap Hasan Ali & Aamer Jamal.

Unfortunately, Ihsanullah isn't available becuase of his injury so Pakistan had to go back with him especially when the Babar is back as the captain.

The way this guy regressed over the years is just not something that many people expected.
Especially the way he burst onto the scene and then injuries literally took over and he wasn't the same again.
Had a brief return into the Test set up but then again quickly faded away.
He's probably just best at now trying to earn a living by playing leagues and county cricket whenever he gets a gig.

He made his FC debut at 19 but actual age of 24.
24 is too old to be making a FC debut, he did we will with the brief opportunity he got but you need to be ready for international cricket at 21 by the latest to have a long enough career.

This age fudging is a common practice within Pakistan in all institutions.
Having been 24 or 19 at the time of debut is something we can all go on and on about but the actual fact is that he's going to carry on for another 7-8 years at least if not more.

LOL there are several other options. Hasan is done at Int level. Too many injuries, he is now a medium pacer at best, bowling 120Ks.

If management has any mercy left they should not feed him to the lions. Guy traveled a lot of distance back in early English white ball tours. Can't imagine the things the likes of Buttler, Salt, Wills and Livingstone will do to his bowling.
