[VIDEOS] Mohammad Amir: Will only make a decision to come out of retirement if asked by new Chairman

This is true. Amir talks too much, but the way Misbah handled that whole situation, was absolutely suboptimal.

I feel there’s been a lot of revisionism about Amir’s importance to the side from 2016 onwards, to his retirement. He was an important player then, and, provided that he reigns his ** in (it is a team game afterall), he can be an important player now.

Amir was a fine bowler but this goes beyond Misbah's jurisdiction.

As big as a fan I was of Amir's return and CT2017 Heroics - he has made himself look very immature, childish and unprofessional as of late.

Pakistan needs to move away from these dramatics and theatrics.

Amir needs to clearly say he's available for selection and once he does this then he can make a come back in the test squad. He isn't a 100% better opening bowler than Shaheen or Naseem and he isn't a first change bowler. Also his attitude needs to change.

So amir eho retired cause of misbah, ends up playing in a game where misbah is captain.

Point being if the right money is thrown he will do anything for it.

Agreed. Amir was, and still is very much 'money first, everything else second' bloke. He fooled everyone with his choocha game when he spot fix. Fully knew what he was doing.

Lol, he can't even bowl competently to retired players. 0/29 in 3 overs.
