Good news. He is young and it appeared not to be a major kink / unfixable so hopefully it has been fixed

Wasnt that lethal in international cricket with the old action anyway.
I very much doubt he will succeed much with a modified action. Hope i am wrong though.
Annoyed that PCB wasted millions on the useless Waqar Yunus to coach these young guns.
I always worry about these 'modified' actions. More often than not the bowler isn't quite what he once was.
Let's see, I just hope that the new action doesn't make him totally ineffective.
Agreed.
Has there ever been a case where a bowler improved or maintained their performance after a change ?
Didn't Waqar change his action after injuries?
Agreed.

Narine from spinners.
Anwar ali from pacers i guess. Imran improved with an action change.
So you never know, if his fixed acrions means losing 5-9 kph but gaining more control, i woul have no issue
Agreed.

He looks slower and uncomfortable in this new bowling action

Good one. It’s in slow motion, of course he looks slow![]()
Dennis Lillee would be the most famous example.
Pat Cummins has changed his action a fair bit from his early days.
James Pattinson had a major remodel and was still a lethal bowler, just kept getting injuries despite the changes though.
Javagal Srinath completely changed his early action after working with Lillee and got better and better.
These weren't elbow issues though.
Oh, Andy Roberts completely changed the angle of his arm/height and position of release. Didn't do him any harm.
His avg pace has improved massively, well done to NHPC coach
Told by PCB that he's not getting an NOC to play in the LPL as they want him to play domestic and for his country. But now not picked for any of the teams in the Pakistan Cup.

Can't believe, PCB surely can do betterTold by PCB that he's not getting an NOC to play in the LPL as they want him to play domestic and for his country. But now not picked for any of the teams in the Pakistan Cup.
Didn't get a gig in bigbash? He was very impressive there last year.
He was impressive there with an illegal action.

Seems to be the forgotten man at the moment.
Nowhere to be seen in any of the squads these days.
This guy could’ve been playing in the WC and running through FTB infested batting line ups if he focused more on the longer formats .
Instead he decided to play some random t20 Sri Lankan premier league and get injured instead…
Sigh.
Our bowlers can’t prioritize. Especially the ones with potential
I would prefer Mir Hamza over him. Hasnain is definitely better than Rauf though. After he recovers from his injury, the PCB needs to ensure that his workload is properly managed and that he is given ample chances in all formats.
An outstanding talent who with the proper guidance can become a world beater
I don’t know if he can learn discipline.. Naseem came after him and has learned so much since then. Afridi too. Hasnain seems more of a Sami breed. Great in short bursts but will always be an unfulfilled talent in the long run. BUT we still have Ihsanullah. And Dahani hasn’t had as much time as Hasnain. And Zaman. Our last hope in fast bowling, Naseem recovers, Shaheen makes a full recovery, and Hasnain learns to bowl with discipline.
Only then Australia won’t stand a chance.
It’s a lot to ask in such a short time frame though, esp by pacers who couldn’t give a duck about tests…
For 4 overs. On his best days. He struggles to land the ball in the same place twice much more than Rauf. And Rauf’s pretty mediocre in that regard as is.I would prefer Mir Hamza over him. Hasnain is definitely better than Rauf though.
LOL recovering from injury AND workload management under the PCB is a dream not yet realized. After he recovers from his injury, the PCB needs to ensure that his workload is properly managed and that he is given ample chances in all formats.

His pace is way more than Taskin'sHe could be like Taksin
Good luck to him. The lad is still going strong despite getting mistreated by PCB.Mohammad Hasnain is working at a training camp in the UK
Through his tireless efforts, he achieved remarkable results. Notably, his maximum ball speed increased by 4mph, and his average ball speed rose by 2.5mph, compared to the session on July 27th. What's even more impressive is that he accomplished this by enhancing his efficiency, allowing him to bowl faster with reduced effort.
Hasnain had better potential compared to Haris Rauf but luck wasn't on his side. If he had been given the same opportunities as Haris he could have become a match winner for Pakistan
Good luck to him. The lad is still going strong despite getting mistreated by PCB.
I hope the best for him.
