There are illegal clinics which provide the gender of the child and help in abortion, and tell the parents it is a girl child even when it is a boy, so that they get their abortion fees.

It doesn't matter to most sensible people. However for this stupid person, he didn't want another daughter (after 5) which is supposedly what's caused this sick attack which killed this unborn child - turned out he murdered what he wanted.

India isn't a civilised society. Why else would you get this sort of thing happening? The culture of celebrating baby boys by distributing sweets is still probably rampant across the whole subcontinent.

Common in my part of India? Not really. India has a population of 1.3 billion :))

No. It's not that common here in the south.

But rampant in states like UP, Haryana, Bihar etc.

Why do Indians have a habit of making it as though the south is paradise and north is hell?
