Basically because we don't respect a low ranked nation like NZ, there's more notoriety to be gained in AUS where most of the pakistani's energy will be focussed. This NZ tour was ultimately preparation for AUS, there's a lot more bounce in the pitches compared to AUS and the green mambas/clouds will be a great education for the pink ball test in AUS.

Exactly.That was a real shocker of a decision by PCB which had a huge impact on this game.I think the batting would have been a lot better if Pakistani batsmen got 2 full practice matches.UAE phatta slow pitches followed by green, bouncy and seaming pitches on which a debutant became a monster for them.What nonsense people are running the board!

Look at BCB.They have already arranged a preliminary training camp in Australia before the next tour to New Zealand.

Pakistan cricket board needs to be proactive a lot.
