The first thing that comes to mind from my (relatively few) years of watching cricket is Graeme Smith coming out to bat with a broken hand for South Africa.

What can you think of?

Sachin Tendulkar fighting back pain and scoring 136 vs Pakistan in Chennai.
Pujaras opening day century in Adelaide in 2017 tour which set the tone for the whole series.

Best of the lot, I would have to say, Virender Sehwag on debut in South Africa vs Pollock and Co,
India 65/4 and he comes in and scores a century.

Fakhar's 2017 Champions trophy knock, no one had given Pakistan a chance on that day.

I think, Salim Malik once came to bat with one arm in plaster against Patterson, Grey, Walsh & Marshall (Faisalabad 1986). Imran batted for 12 hours with metal clip inserted in bones to save a Test at MCG 1983-84 and Mike Gatting took physical abuse from for WIN pacers for 5 Tests in 1985-86 .... only Patterson alone hit him like 12 times, but Gat didn’t back off and played all 5 Tests with a cracked bone in ribcage.

Recently Tamim helped Mushi to add like 35 for last pair in last Asia Cup with a broken hand.

Michael Clarke's 161 vs South Africa with a fractured shoulder against some hostile bowling.

Tim Paine when he was appointed as a captain after sandpaper at South Africa tour and got his finger injured,Scored 50+ runs against Rabada,Morkel and Philander.

My bad he got his thumb injured.

Kamran Akmal in Karachi when Pakistan were like 9 down or something, that was remarkable

An 18 year old Sachin Tendulkar scoring a century at the lightning fast Perth in Feb, 1992.

Micheal Clarke 161 vs South Africa in 2014. He was struck a few times on his body but he fought his way to a century which helped Australia win the game. He was on the decline so it was an amazing innings considering that and the fact he did have issues with the short ball.

Your knowledge is excellent.

I watched that Malik innings. Sheer bravery. I think he batted left handed to avoid exposing his injured left hand.

Imagine facing those bowlers and not even sure he will have the instinct to duck because he was batting differently.

It helped Akram to hit a few blows if I recall.
