As the title suggests, what do you think the Pakistan Super League and the Indian Premier League can take from each other to improve themselves as a tournament?

I'm not sure if the IPL has the crowd catch prize challenge that PSL has. The one where there is a certain amount of money divided up by all the people who catch a six in the crowd and each person gets a share of that money. If the IPL doesn't have that, they could implement it as it gets the crowd involved.

IPL has this cap business, where the highest run scorer and wicket taker wears a different color hat, PSL could implement that if they don't already. I don't watch a lot of PSL and IPL so forgive me if these ideas are already implemented etc.

Never going to happen, but PSL could try it's best to as close to a window in the calendar as possible.

PSL has this.

IPL should have a mid season All Star game where fans vote for team to be selected.

I like PSL started catch a crore something (originally NZC had it for their home games) and could involve fans to win prize money. IPL should also have games and other activities for young kids and give them opportunity to share the playing field with players. IPL should also giveaway free goodies (like merchandise or tshirt) to first 10-15K fans in stadium.

I dont follow PSL so cant really compared them both, but Id like IPL try some of things MLB teams does for their fans at the ball park.

Some consistency will do the IPL a world of good. Although I don't watch either, the PSL has shown this in the 2/3 seasons so far: teams don't vanish, players play for the same side every season, and fans therefore might show some loyalty to one franchise over the other.
