Does anyone know what these fitness tests comprise of?

What exercises? How is the cricketer scored? What are the thresholds for passing vs failing?

Also during the off season for Pakistan, what are the fitness programs and diet programs for the cricketers? I'm guessing each has a specific program but if we can get 1-3 examples (or samples rather) that would be great.
