Well, if you play close attention to the stats, you discover a bowler who has taken his only big hauls against very weak opposition, but has remained consistently economical across his career, and always manages to buy a couple of wickets, usually bowling at the death, when batsmen are hitting out. I do believe that he is talented, and has a bright career ahead of him, also in Tests, but if you are looking for bowlers who will outright win you a match by themselves, someone like a Starc or a Kuldeep is more impactful, as, I would argue, is someone like Hasan Ali.
