Has to be nutrition. It's not rocket science.

Just because you don't drink Pepsi anymore and you've switched it out for juice instead does not mean anything.

What are some of the other things that idiots don't realize they're doing wrong?

I’d say religion. A lot of people ‘practise’ their religion but very few people know the actual meaning of their religion.

Changing lane without turn signals. You are going at freaking 120kph, as am I, and you just barge into my lane with no prior indication and I have to slam the brakes to let you in.

Idiots dont realize their is a purpose of the turn signal.... I have half a mind to keep a pack of eggs in my car and throw eggs at such cars as I drive past.

I've nearly gotten into an accident because of something similar to this. My life flashed right in front of my eyes when some douchebag thought it would be a good idea to merge in without checking his blind spots (this happened on 403 past midnight). Admittedly I was going over the limit but that does not justify what he did.

Do you happen to have a dash camera? It's a good investment, in my opinion.

Supplicating to others. A lot of people, especially in the West, interact with others to be in their good books. They won't even realize it usually, it's subconscious. You want approval from others so you try to play to their tune, can even note this in their tonality. Pretty much seeking validation from others.

On a larger scale it's why you see stupidity like the Tide pod challenge and recently the "hot coil challenge", where you put your forearm on an electrical stove while it's on. Trying to get attention from others.

I'm trying to get into social media marketing and people's necessity for approval in this day and age is why it's something worth looking into.

Chasing after social media gratification while being completely empty from the inside with no cause or purpose. I see so many people trying to be like other people with no uniqueness, sheep mentality.

The Dunning-Kruger effect.

We are all guilty of this to some degree; some more than others.

Being judgemental. Some people dont even realize when they do it.
