What is the ideal batting position for Asad Shafiq in Tests?

Obviously the sample size is rather small for spots besides #6 so far but what is his ideal position? He was promoted to #3 for a short period, then back down to #6 and now up to #4. Where should he bat in the Test team?

Babar at 3, Salahuddin as a stabiliser at 5 and Haris at 6 to face the second new ball would be my preferred batting lineup with Azhar partnering Aslam as openers.

I think that's the right way to go.

Best case scenario would have Azhar back as opener and Salahuddin into the mix.
