Well i am watching cricket from 2014
And i loved it since then
Mostly from the day when afridi hit those two sixes to ashwin
I understood every rule in cricket
Everything
But what i was not able to understand was
Prime age
Everyone talk about virat is in his prime
Dhoni prime is over
Babar prime is yet to come
What basically it is in cricket
N why it is known to b started from 28 and stop at 32
Is it having relation with our biology system or human system
Or it is just considered in cricket
Please help me in this
THANKU.

It is mainly due to two things:-

1. Experience - like everything in life, you need to gain experience to become good at something.
Time to maximise your skill levels and put them to the test in different situations.
Basically, you are learning and by the ages of 28 - 32 you should have learnt most of what you need to know to maximise your skill set.

2. Age
We all age and there is a peak around 28 - 32 in cricket and then for most its downward slope from there.
This is due to natural aging, such as slower reflexes (batsman) or slower speed(bowlers) due to the years of wear and tear on your body from playing cricket!

I hope this helps!
