What is wrong with the Pakistani comedian Umar Sharif?

Just saw him on Samaa now slurring his speech and really speaking like someone under the influence and a bit all over the place.

He's been like that for the last few years.

Is he ok?

hes not ok. he was hospitalized quite few times from last couple of years becoz of diabetes.

I think he had heart surgery like a decade back.

I met him a few years ago at a restaurant in LA, he didn't look so good had trouble walking.
