Ive bought a 2kg boneless chicken and chicken wings today.

Will marinade 1/2 the boneless and wings in tandoori masala; with the other half I'll make a chinese stir fry thingy.

Bought some Turkish bread - gonna make a lovely greeky salad.

All for my 'day off' when anything on the food front....

Just stay focused, work hard but not too hard and inshallah everything will go as you intend to. Just get over that one big hurdle of finising that one you're working on at the moment and then you will just have a few small hurdles to go.

You haven't hit a wall, I think its quite normal a bit like gaining muscle. When you first start a weight loss or muscle building programme, your losses or gains for muscles come quite quickly since your body has to suddenly adjust to the new regime that your are putting it through.

After a while however it gets used to this diet regime and the weight losses may not come as quickly. As long as you stick to the diet and keep exercising as much as you can the losses will also come, just not as quickly as before.

Here, patience is indeed a virtue.

Chicken

But now upon careful deliberation, it appears that the chicken had been roostered a bit excessively.
