I cudnt be bothered adding a smiley, just used the post quick reply and since i dont know the smiley shortcut i decided against it - if i knew you was gonna lead an investigation into it then i would have (atleast i know for future) :19:

Take a look at the Shaan packet for Nihari or if you want I can ask my mom and put the recipie on here......I'm very surprised you haven't known about nihari.......

Well thats what I thought it was - the misses tells me its something else (but I think she was describing 'hooves' aka 'payee' or 'sree payee' (not related to sree santh)
 
I think we are having homemade chicken burgers. Well, that was the order when I was sent out to buy the meat.

I meant that the price of the food that is already unappealing is probably on the higher side.

You would be surprised actually. Whilst generally the food is priced reasonably, when it comes to drinks and vending machines its daylight robbery at times!

well the local corner shop sells it for 75p so thats a 25p extra which is quite a bit

An absolute con and everybody continues happily buying these overpriced products. It's time a UK watchdog org stepped in and stopped this injustice on the soft drink guzzling nation. :12:
 
Had a pasta bake with meatballs and Garlic bread today. Stuffed. Bloody delicious.

My local superdrug or woolworths always do a '2 for £1.20' offer. Thats acceptable I suppose - but you cant carry heavy drinks around with yo all day - and then drink them when they are warm!

exactly - also when your in Uni the last thing you want to do is walk into town when the vending machine is just there - vending machine companies know they can afford to charge silly prices

Did you know in Canada, some cities have started to ban soft drinks/junk food vendors out of all elementary and secondary schools because they realize how overweight the kids are these days.......

Some people in US already are - suing McDonalds - claiming that McDonalds made them obese.....Oxy, have you seen the documentary - 'Super Size Me'..Watch it, it will put you off fatty foods.....

Yeah it's all about dangers of eating at McDonalds, but generally about what happens when you go on all fatty diet....
 
Zushy, soft drinks will soon be banned here in schools too. I'm feeling hungry again but need to fight off these evil urges. Drinking lots of water...might have some pineapple. Oxy have some cherry pie..without the pie.

And about time too !.....Yes those evil cravings are bad but good for you, I recommend pomegranate juice.....
